Managed Services MDM Specialist

Electrobac is looking for a dynamic and positive person to join our team. Applicants should expect to work with people who care deeply about the environment and excel in their jobs. The role will be responsible for performing managed services on devices such as MDM enrolling, help desk, and procurement. We will provide the tools, resources, and innovative services to support you.

Anticipated results:

  • Plan, track, configure, and respond to MDM requests within defined timelines.
  • Enroll and oversee devices in the MDM system for compliance.
  • Coordinate client device lifecycle activities.
  • Handle timely submission and successful closure of orders to TELCOs.
  • Effective follow-up and timely resolution of technical troubleshooting tickets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.

Must haves:

  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • 3+ years configuring, deploying, and managing mobile devices with MDM solutions, along
    with expertise in Help Desk, TEM managed services and enterprise telecom.
  • Capacity to travel from time to time to meet clients and the team.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on the environment.
  • Proficient in fast-paced, dynamic settings, consistently delivering exceptional customer
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, and organizational skills.

Good to have:

  • Located in Montreal.
  • Experience with large corporate organizations, SaaS, managing/optimizing telecom
    expenses, and ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Remedy).
